Come to the APS Annual Meeting. APSnet keeps you in touch and informed with its online symposia, feature page, "What's New at APS" section under Member Services, recently published books and more.
The highly respected, peer-reviewed APS Journals (Phytopathology, Plant Disease, and MPMI) are available to members at a discount of more than 80% off the publication rate. Members also receive discounts on all their APS Press purchases, including more than 150 book titles, slides, multimedia products, and clothing.
Contribute to the growing knowledge of plant health by publishing your research in APS Journals or presenting your findings at Annual or Divisional Meetings. Reduced publishing rates are available to members.
APS's job placement service connects you to a wide range of job opportunities. Participate in an on-site recruitment opportunity during the Annual Meeting, find listings in Phytopathology News, search for employment opportunities and/or candidates via APSnet, and sign up to receive bi-weekly email job updates.
APS regularly honors individuals who have made significant contributions to the science of plant pathology through several prestigious awards presented at the Annual Meeting. The APS Foundation also offers student members monetary travel awards to underwrite the cost of their Annual Meeting attendance.
Share your skills! More than 500 volunteer APS members are involved in the Society's Council, Offices, Boards and Committees. APS encourages all members to take an active role in the Society. |
