The OIP Library Assistance Program provides APS publications to developing country libraries and institutions which do not have access or cannot afford to pay subscription fees. OIP assists APS members who wish to donate APS journals to designated libraries. OIP also serves as the point of contact for distributing APS publications on CD- ROM to developing countries.

This program has benefited many institutions. Read the acknowledgements of just a few of them.
