Purpose of the Fund
Established by Don and Judy Mathre, this fund supports general education/outreach related projects that help to expand the reach of innovative and important plant pathology education programs. (Examples include publishing content in the APS Education Center, assistance in re-formatting educational material for electronic use, supporting high school/college biology teachers or university professors to learn new skills, and/or outreach to high schools or undergraduate students and teachers).

Eligibility and Application Requirements
- APS membership is required.
- Application to include:
- Letter of intent (2 page maximum) describing how the funds will be utilized.
- CV (2 page maximum) that includes the applicant's experience and publications.
