Why are Annual Reports Important?
Reflect: they provide a reflection point for you to see what your committee has done in the past year, and where future opportunities lie.
Opportunities: they provide a valuable conduit for committees to plan for future objectives that align with APS Strategic Goals.
Needs: APS Councilors-at-Large review and summarize committee reports, including any actions/requests needed from APS Council, and deliberate ways to best meet committee needs.
Membership & Engagement: they keep APS Council advised on overall committee engagement and activities, and committee leadership and rotation.
