Abstracts:

• Abstract submission opens - March 11
• Abstracts due - (student oral competition submissions are now closed)
• Students notified about oral presentation selection* - May 10
  * Submissions not selected for oral presentation will be automatically shifted to the poster session.
• Note: both oral and poster presenters must also be registered for the meeting.
• POSTER SIZE: 3 ft wide x 4 ft tall (36 inches wide, 48 inches tall)

• Regular registration opens – March 11
• Regular registration rate closes – May 1
• Late registration rate closes – May 22
• Last day to sign up for workshops – May 22
