This committee is responsible for matters pertaining to the high-level management and operation of the joint headquarters building and its staff, including oversight responsibility for the activities of the chief executive officer.
The committee is made up of the APS treasurer, president, president-elect, and immediate past president, plus four representative officers of the Cereals & Grains Association.
The chair of the committee is rotated annually between the two societies, with the immediate past president of APS serving as chair in odd-numbered years.
