Terms and Conditions of Use for Materials
Published by The American Phytopathological Society

To the extent permitted under applicable law, neither The American Phytopathological Society (APS) nor its suppliers and licensors assume responsibility for any damage, injury, loss, or other harm that results from an error or omission in the content of an APS publication in any of its forms and/or of any of the products derived from it. An APS publication and its associated products do not address every possible situation, and unforeseen circumstances may make the recommendations they contain inapplicable in some situations. Users of these materials cannot assume that they contain all necessary warning and precautionary measures and that other or additional information or measures may not be required. Users must rely on their own experience, knowledge, and judgment in evaluating or applying any information. Given rapid advances in the sciences and changes in product labeling and government regulations, APS recommends that users conduct independent verifications of diagnoses and treatments.

APS reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.
