Abstracts may be withdrawn during the submission period by using the link provided in the ‘Confirmation E-mail’ sent to each presenting author once the abstract has been submitted. Click the ‘Withdraw your Abstract’ option under the Options & Help/Abstract Details page.
After the submission deadlines, abstracts may be withdrawn only by written notification using one of the following means of communication
