What is my password?

If you applied online, you were required to establish a password before completing the application. If you do not know your password, you can reset it.

    

What is my username?

Your username is also established at the time you apply. It will most likely be your e-mail address. If you do not know your username, retrieve it now.

    

How do I view my personal information?

Once you are logged in, simply click on your name in the header of the webpage, and then click "Manage" to review your information.

    

Where is my member ID?

Once in your personal details, click on "Summary" to find your user ID.

    

When do I pay my dues?

APS dues are paid annually, based on the date in which you joined. You also have the option to opt-in to the APS Auto-Renew Program, which offers maintenance-free membership that continually renews automatically each year. Contact us here(+1.651.994.3806) to enroll today.

    

Can I add items to my membership after I join?

Yes! You can add a subscription at any time. Simply Contact us here (+1.651.994.3806).

What if my questions aren't answered in this FAQ?

APS staff can help answer any questions you have through e-mail or by phone. To submit a general inquiry to APS Headquarters, please complete our contact us form. For more specific questions, contact an individual staff member.
